Gather your hair into a tight ponytail. Insert the comb inside your PopCharme ponytail into the center of your ponytail. Use the section of extension, slightly separated from the rest of your hair, to wrap it around the elastic, thus covering the ponytail underneath.

All PopCharme hair is 100% natural, can be used with heat sources such as straighteners and the like, and can be dyed. The ponytail is made with processed natural hair extensions.

The hair lasts at least 1 year. With proper care, PopCharme extensions can be used for 2 years or more.

We recommend washing PopCharme extensions with gentle shampoo and conditioner, suitable for your texture, and using restructuring masks every month.

Tails 60cm and above weigh 120g.

Delivery of purchased products normally takes place within 7 days
working days from receipt of the order in Italy, and within 14 working days for all other destinations.

Before payment confirmation, you will be able to view the estimated delivery date.

You can send an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw to PopCharme by emailing info@popcharme.com, requesting the withdrawal form from Customer Care, and then following the instructions in the withdrawal confirmation email to complete the process. Upon completion of the process, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form to be included in the envelope, a sheet of paper with the warehouse address to print and attach to the outside of the package, and instructions for returning the product.

Place the completed return form in the box along with the product(s) you wish to return. Prepare the envelope by attaching the sheet with our warehouse address to the outside.

Items must be returned to PopCharme without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of the day on which the withdrawal request was made. The deadline is met if the goods were shipped before the 14-day period expires. To be on the safe side, always keep your shipping receipt.
